Minimum level of support provided with any subscription to nebulaSUITE and related services:

  • Service highly valued by our customers.
  • Technical team specializing in all Vintegris technologies.
  • Service available 10x5 (Monday to Friday, 8:30 – 18:30), except national holidays.
  • Access to the support portal and knowledge center, with incident management via portal, email, telephone or collaborative tools.
  • Product incident coverage: software errors, code defects, unavailability of the support knowledge service, or problems during the request and issuance of our certificates.

Plus Support

Available through a specific subscription, it expands the coverage of Standard Support. Adds additional support features for all user types, but particularly for client administrators and developers who interface with the platform.

  • Exclusive portal for incidents and requests.
  • Resolution of advanced usage and operation questions not covered by standard support.
  • Direct support in corporate operations.
  • Assistance with on-premise upgrades and configuration.
  • Support is under development with nebulaSUITE REST API.
  • Assistance in the application, approval, and issuance processes for Vintegris certificates.

This service includes all the features of Standard Support and Plus Support and adds:

  • 24/7/365 Fast response by qualified Vintegris personnel to any Severity 1 incident.
