Vintegris’ management is aware of the importance of ensuring the continuity of services provided to our clients, so that Vintegris is able to continue operating in the event of serious disruptions that may affect the services provided.<\/p>

This policy establishes the framework to ensure the continuity of trusted services provided by our organization, as well as the services offered in nebulaSuite, in the event of operational interruptions, security incidents or disasters that affect the continuity of the provision of these services.<\/p>

Our objectives and principles governing business continuity are:<\/p>

  • To guarantee the safety of people<\/li>
  • To protect the integrity, availability, and confidentiality of the services provided and the information processed<\/li>
  • To minimize the impact that an incident affecting the availability of services may have on our customers, the organization and, in general, stakeholders.<\/li>
  • Commitment to operational resilience that allows us the ability to operate in the event of an incident<\/li>
  • To be able to restore critical services for Vintegris in a way that meets the requirements and needs of our clients and the commitments made to them.<\/li>
  • Comply with the requirements and obligations established in the regulations, especially in the legislation that governs our activity as qualified trust service providers<\/li>
  • Acting transparently in our relationship with stakeholders in the event of an incident that affects service availability<\/li>
  • To ensure the continuous improvement of our business continuity management system<\/li><\/ul>

    To achieve these objectives, the development of this Policy is embodied in our Business Continuity Plan and in the designation and determination of the roles and responsibilities necessary to reach these objectives.<\/p>

    The scope of this policy includes the processes that support the provision of trusted services and services provided with nebulaSuite, the areas and personnel involved in the provision of these services, including subcontracted personnel and suppliers, the physical locations and, in general, the resources necessary for their proper functioning<\/p>

    Regardless of the job position and functions of each employee, we are all fully responsible for its application within our scope of action, thus ensuring its effectiveness, continuous improvement and the fulfillment of the established objectives.<\/p>

    This Business Continuity Policy is disseminated, understood, implemented and updated at all levels of the company, as well as made available to the general public.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>
