This application, developed together with our partner Belender, drastically speeds up the approval of credits, policies and similar transactions by automating the obtaining of the updated customer information that the entity needs for its risk study.
With the explicit authorisation of the client, Vintegris issues a temporary or long-term digital certificate that enables Belender to securely access official sources – such as the Tax Agency, the Police or the Commercial Registry – and to extract the necessary data in real time, to which can be added, also with the client’s permission, data from other banking and risk entities.
This eliminates paperwork and travel, reduces waiting times from days to resolutions in minutes, and completes the contract with a qualified electronic signature using nebulaSUITE; the entire process can also be carried out remotely with video identification, reducing friction and preventing the loss of customers along the way.
