Vintegris Quality Management Policy

The Organization wants to ensure the achievement of the company’s objectives through the full adherence, by all employees, to the principles identified in the Quality Management System, to the requirements of the UNE EN ISO 9001 standards and to the legislative, normative and regulatory requirements.
The Management establishes this Quality Management Policy inspired by the following principles and commitments:

  • Identify the real needs of the Client by proposing products and services that serve to satisfy the client’s needs, promoting the degree of reliability of the service offered in terms of Quality, Information Security and Business Continuity;
  • To propose the most appropriate solutions to improve the performance of products and services and keep them constantly updated, so that the operation of the Management System guarantees full satisfaction and compliance with the Quality Management requirements demanded by the reference standard and by current and binding laws in general;
  • To support and assist the customer to ensure that product requirements, both specific and binding, are met, and to satisfy the end user;
  • To ensure the availability of services and the fully satisfactory resolution of any incidents that may threaten the service in terms of quality, business continuity and information security;
  • To guarantee absolute rigor in the identification of possible threats and vulnerabilities that may affect the quality of service, by carrying out continuous monitoring through internal audits and performance review;
  • Implement a systematic management of risks and opportunities;
  • Promote compliance with the company’s procedures, instructions, policies and directives in order to ensure the full performance of the management system and compliance with standards, laws, regulations and directives, as well as contractual obligations relating to the provision of services;
  • To provide a high-quality standard with added value;
  • To ensure awareness and continuous training of all staff;
  • Establish a process for reviewing and continuously improving processes and quality management;
  • Achieving full customer satisfaction.

Vintegris’ management and employees, fully embracing the company’s philosophy, set themselves the additional goal of fully manifesting these principles to client companies and the community at large.
