nebulaDISCOVER , one of the new features of nebulaSUITE, is a SaaS inventory platform for discovering and monitoring digital certificates. This capability not only allows you to know the status of your own service certificates, but also those of third-party entities that use them to provide B2B communication and services. With comprehensive monitoring of the status of digital certificates and TLS connections, you can know when a certificate has expired or is about to expire, and whether the transport layer is allowing insecure encryption or protocols, thus minimizing service outages due to a lack of information or control over these aspects.
Electronic administrative notification system
The nebulaSNE centralized system for managing electronic administrative notifications, available only in Spain, is another new feature of this suite.

It is responsible for carrying out periodic inspections and collecting electronic notifications from various government agencies. It leverages the storage of digital certificates at nebulaCERT to automate these checks and actively alerts the relevant personnel of any new developments or changes detected.
Legally binding digital signatures
nebulaSIGN enables the issuance of legally binding digital signatures, based on qualified digital certificates, to accelerate sales cycles and increase the number of transactions. It also allows for the creation of simple, complex, and customized signing workflows, as well as batch signing. All these features result in significant time savings and cost reductions for the organization, especially those related to paperwork. The signatures comply with the legal regulations eIDAS, ESIGN Act, and UETA.
Dynamic multi-factor authentication
With nebulaACCESS , it’s possible to control access to an organization’s assets, protecting the entire system with two-factor authentication and offering a robust level of security (Adaptive MFA). It allows users to choose the most appropriate method based on the risk of the data involved and the organization’s budget.

In the European Union, Regulation (EU) No 910/2014 on electronic identification and trust services for electronic transactions in the internal market (eIDAS) establishes a common legal framework for electronic signatures for Member States through standardization, contributing to the creation of a digital single market. It enables the recognition of digital identities and signatures across all EU Member States, preventing repudiation and helping to streamline business across the Union.
nebulaSUITE offers qualified electronic signatures, based on qualified digital certificates issued by its Certification Authority, vinCAsign, accredited by the relevant EU authorities. Of all the types of electronic signatures recognized by eIDAS, the qualified signature is the only one that acts as a legal equivalent of a handwritten signature. Furthermore, víntegrisTECH has been recognized as a Qualified Trusted Electronic Service Provider, having obtained the Common Criteria EAL4+ (ALC_FLR.2) certification, granted by the National Cryptologic Center.
nebulaSUITE complies with ESIGN and UETA, and its digital signature is therefore legally valid in the United States.
Recognition of the Common Criteria EAL4+ certification
The vinCERTcore product, a key component of nebulaSUITE, has been awarded Common Criteria EAL4+ (ALC_FLR.2) certification this year by the National Cryptologic Center. This certification has allowed the company to be accredited as a qualified provider of electronic trust services under eIDAS.
The CC EAL4+ level identifies solutions that have been rigorously and independently designed, tested, and reviewed methodically. Since vintegrisTECH was accredited as a trusted service provider in 2016, achieving this certification was the ultimate goal to take the next step and establish itself under beIDAS as a qualified provider of trusted electronic services.
